These vacuum rolls come in a width of 30 cm, making them suitable for use with Solis vacuum sealers. All you need to do is to cut the foil to the desired length, seal one end to make a bag of it, fill the bag with the desired food and vacuum-seal it. Channels on both sides of the foil allow air to be extracted completely. The three-layered film  reliably prevents moisture and oxygen from entering and makes the bags suitable for sous-vide cooking (< 100 degrees C), for microwaves (< 100 degrees C), for boiling water (< 4 hours) and for storage in the freezer without the risk of freezer burn (> -20 degrees C).
